ReDelicious is a food lab worker co-op. We intentionally selected a worker-owned cooperative business model, to train our members with socially-conscious business skills and effectively provide educational and consultation services to other for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations to participate in our system of transforming food waste into delicious community wealth.

We are building an inclusive and equitable food waste repurposing and distribution system that is community-based through socially-conscious business skills-building for individuals, businesses, and non-profits. We strive to provide fun and practical community wealth building training opportunities through communal cooking and preserving sessions; redistribution marketing and business outreach, design and implementation; and cultivating and foraging delicious food. Our most advanced worker-members may become trainers and consultants with opportunities for additional income and patronage sharing benefits.

All are welcome and the food is free. We host a weekly community feast + food distribution + educational gathering at Edgewood Community Farm on Sundays from 3-5 pm.
